Approval of minutes, Minutes approved as submitted Cherry 1st, Maureen 2nd.

Treasurer's report,- Little activity this month, Jim passed around treasurer's report. Report approved, Jan 1st, Scott 2nd.

Advocacy report- The whole system for prevention services is up for rebid. Current contract extended until end of June. The state of proposals will be decided on this Spring. IADDA is stating that funding should remain under DASA. There has been some discussion regarding some programs being eliminated as well as significant cuts in Medicaid funding.

Education report- the listing of meetings/topics was passed out. It was discussed that speaker information needs to be sent to Jim R so CEU's from IAODAPCA can be received. Cherry would like outlines sent to her as well.

Membership committee- the membership brochure and letter are still in progress. Drafts should be ready for next month. TASC never responded to outreach.

Spring Conference- will be held the first Friday in May. The speaker for the conference will be Dan Angres. The agenda is set and brochures will be sent out soon. The conference will take place at Stepping Stones.

Community forum- For the Forum on April 13th , there will be a half day conference in which CEU’s are planned for the concurrent sessions. Promotion for the event is underway. The website for the event is herohelpsevent.org, further details are available on the website.
