Members in attendance: Cherry Powell, Deb Brozewski, Erica Sidenstick, Erika Schultz, Jill Skole, Jim Russell, Krishna Head, Mary Egan, Maureen McLeod, Paul Lauridsen, Robert Snipes, Beth Fuqua, Guest Mike Loverde

Approval of minutes, Minutes approved as submitted Cherry 1st, Jill 2nd.

Treasurer's report- Invoices are scheduled to go out March 30th. Report approved Mary 1st, Maureen 2nd

Advocacy report- A good portion of money has been restored for treatment services. Prevention money has not yet been restored. IADDA Board is considering putting prevention services under DASA funding.

Education report- the listing of meetings/topics was passed out. It was discussed that speaker information needs to be sent to Jim R so CEU's from IAODAPCA can be received. Currently, CEU's through Feb 2012 are approved.

Membership committee- the membership brochure and letter are still in progress. New individual member, Beth Fuqua, was introduced

Spring Conference- will be held the first Friday in May. The speaker for the conference is in progress as well as the location for the conference.

Community forum- For the Forum on April 13th , there will be a half day conference in which CEU's are planned for the concurrent sessions. There was a discussion of the potential expenses for the SWC and a motion was approved to cover these expenses. Paul discussed a request for 900.00 for forum expenses with a plan to replace half of the funds received.

Bylaws- Bylaws were passed out to all in attendance. Discussed changes made to the bylaws. Noted were the changes in voting and addition of recovery homes and sober living to the mission.
