Meeting called to order at 11:53.

Larry Dunbar made a motion to accept the minutes for May’s meeting. Jan Moore seconded the motion to accept April’s minutes.

New Officers were welcomed for the next year.

Treasurer’s Report was distributed and reviewed. Pam Davis made a motion to accept. Missy Godfrey seconded the motion.

It was decided that Visa gift cards valued at $50 are to be given to the speakers from the Spring Conference
